By accessing or using RentSniper ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

RentSniper is a trading name of Qlirim Elezi.

2. Description of Service

RentSniper is an automated apartment hunting service that monitors rental listing websites (including but not limited to Zillow) for new properties matching your search criteria. The Service provides:

• Automated monitoring of rental listings
• Real-time notifications of new listings
• Automated application submission (where applicable)
• Dashboard access to track discovered listings

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan provides limited access to the Service, including up to 3 search targets and manual Scout runs. Individual listings can be unlocked for $1.99 each.

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan is billed at $34.99 per month and includes unlimited search targets, unlimited listing unlocks, instant alerts, and full listing details.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paddle
• All fees are in USD
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases, including Pro subscriptions and one-time listing unlocks. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to spam or harass landlords
• Resell or redistribute the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• You will secure an apartment using the Service
• All listings will be accurate or up-to-date
• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Automated applications will be accepted by landlords

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENTSNIPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentSniper and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
