At RentSniper, we're confident you'll love our service. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a clear, straightforward refund policy.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases, including Pro subscriptions and one-time listing unlocks ($1.99). If you're not satisfied with RentSniper for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

2.2 What's Covered

  • First-time Pro subscription purchases
  • Monthly Pro subscription fees (first payment only)
  • One-time listing unlocks ($1.99 each)
  • Requests made within 14 days of purchase date

3. How to Request a Refund

3.1 Contact Us

3.2 Required Information

Please include in your email:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
  • Order/transaction ID (if available)

3.3 Processing Time

  • Review: We'll review your request within 1-2 business days
  • Approval: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credit: The refund will appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days

4. Cancellations

4.1 Pro Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings at Dashboard → Subscription
  • The Paddle billing portal (link in your account)
  • Emailing support@rent-sniper.com

4.2 After Cancellation

  • You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Note: Canceling after the 14-day guarantee period does NOT entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the Service, please contact support before requesting a refund. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

5.2 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged twice for the same transaction, contact us immediately at support@rent-sniper.com. We'll issue a refund for the duplicate charge within 1-2 business days.

5.3 Service Disruptions

If RentSniper experiences extended service disruptions (more than 48 hours), we may offer prorated refunds or account credits at our discretion.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

  • The account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or excessive refund requests
  • The request is made outside the 14-day guarantee period
