1. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. RentSniper provides immediate digital access to real-time data, automation services, and proprietary technology. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any payments, including:

  • Pro Subscriptions ($29.99/month): No refunds for monthly subscription fees, even if you cancel mid-month.
  • Micro-Unlocks ($1.99 per listing): No refunds once a listing is unlocked and its full details are revealed.
  • Free Trial Conversions: If your free trial converts to a paid subscription and you do not cancel before the billing date, you will be charged and no refund will be provided.

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

RentSniper is a digital service that provides instant value:

  • Immediate Access: Upon payment, you instantly gain access to premium features, including live listing data, automated Scout runs, and Sniper automation.
  • Real-Time Data: Our Scout monitors Zillow 24/7 and delivers time-sensitive information. Once accessed, this data cannot be "returned."
  • Automation Services: When you use the Sniper to apply to listings, we've already performed work on your behalf (form filling, message sending, etc.).
  • Micro-Unlocks: If you purchase a $1.99 unlock for a listing, you immediately see the full address and apply link. This information cannot be "un-revealed."

Because of the nature of digital goods and services, refunds are not feasible.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. However:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
  • After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.

Example: If you subscribe on January 1st and cancel on January 15th, you will be charged for the full month. Your Pro access will continue until January 31st.

4. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new users to test RentSniper risk-free. During the trial:

  • You have full access to Pro features at no cost.
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged $29.99/month.

We strongly recommend testing the service during your free trial to ensure it meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.

5. Exceptions to This Policy

In rare cases, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion:

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription.
  • Prolonged Service Outage: If RentSniper experiences a multi-day outage preventing you from using the service (subject to review).

6. Chargebacks

Important: If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (a "chargeback") without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended, and we may pursue legal action to recover the funds. Please contact us first to resolve any billing disputes.

By using RentSniper and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy and understand that all sales are final.
